2017年9月22日，再鼎醫(yī)藥有限公司（股票代碼：ZLAB）宣布完成首次公開發(fā)行美國存托股份并在納斯達克全球市場上市；在承銷商完全行使超額配售權(quán)后，本次發(fā)行募資總額約1.725億美元。摩根大通、花旗集團和Leerink Partners擔任本次發(fā)行的聯(lián)席賬簿管理人。
